In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with a great view and balcony, for example and that was great. The breakfast with GOOD coffee & delicious omelette. The staff were nice and knew their area.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, in the city centre of Cluj 5min from the main bridge. Twin room with a stunning view, old heating system, as for instance accommodated us perfectly.

Every employee we encountered was amiable. We got a room with a tub.

We loved the location of the hotel, up on the hills overlooking the city. It was a great way to wake up in the morning with a bit of a hike to the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering an awesome view over the city. The staff, although a bit unattentive at times, were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a big pool and a gym, which were a great addition to our stay.

The hotel could benefit from updating their furniture and lobby area, as they felt a bit outdated.

The smell of the smoke in the room was annoying. Despite of the room was a non smoking area, somebody were smoking on the other balcony and we had to close the balcony door.

Absolutely perfect, lovely location on a wooded hill. And next to Romania's. Fine room, very comfy bed and perfectly clean bathroom. Good breakfast, DECENT food choice.

Enjoyed the twin room we had with bath. An air conditioning, a personal safe, and a mini-bar in the room were useful. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Unirii Square.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hilltop hotel in Cluj-Napoca. The views from our room were stunning, offering a beautiful glimpse of the city. Despite the hotel's age, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the use of the gym and pool. it provided great value for money.

In the middle of town but in the middle of nowhere all the same. Whole park around the hotel could use some work to preserve the area, which could be very pleasant.
